Waste2Value: Plants in Development
Turning waste tires and plastics into useful products, once measured plant data is in hand.
Waste2Value plants are designed to convert end-of-life tires and plastic waste into fuels, recovered carbon and other products, keeping waste out of landfill and incineration. Higher-value products made from the recovered carbon, such as graphene, are potential upside rather than part of the core case.
Where Waste2Value stands
- Regulation by market. Whether fuels made from waste tires and plastics count as sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) varies by jurisdiction. Some frameworks exclude them while other frameworks are being defined. /li>
- Operational Plants. . INNOVO’s technology partner has several fully operational Waste2Value plants in Asia. These are to be evaluated for profitable SAF compliance for different markets. INNOVO will confirm the pathway in each market before proceeding with any investment and plant construction.
- Delayed fundraising. INNOVO is currently delaying raising Waste2Value plants until compliance with market regulations has been established.
Working with waste producers now
