A landing your clients cannot find anywhere else
An INNOVO Corporate Venture is a dedicated company formed alongside a multi-billion-dollar Corporate Partner. It builds independently assured partnerships with the partner’s major customers and suppliers, and finances the projects they have approved but not funded. Each Venture is founded by a Corporate Entrepreneur Chief Executive, with three board members in its first year, three more in its second and a ten-person management team as it grows. Every role is a potential landing for an executive in transition, and every new Venture needs them again.
Why Corporate Partners say yes
The best-known customer-supplier partnerships took about 32 to 42 months to start working and committed up to about 2.5% of the corporate’s revenue up front. An INNOVO Corporate Partner commits in month 4, sees value from month 5 and pays up-front fees of 0.06% of its revenue or less. These are modeled figures on INNOVO assumptions; no Corporate Venture is yet operating.
Which of your clients
- Senior executives with strong relationships with the Chief Operating, Commercial and/or Financial Officers of multi-billion-dollar companies.
- Able to commit about four days a month at first, which most people in transition can, while they keep looking.
- Not excluded by your own off-limits policy or your terms of engagement. You apply that test, not INNOVO.
What your client is offered
The opportunity to create and run a company alongside a multi-billion-dollar Corporate Partner, or to sit on its board: outstanding remuneration and equity reflecting the Corporate Partner’s scale, with ongoing exit opportunities. Cash investment is not required. If the Corporate Partner does not commit, the time invested may be lost, but never capital.
Your clients’ interests come first
You act in your client’s interest, paid by their former employer. Whether to accept a placement fee is your firm’s decision, and any fee is disclosed to your client and the sponsoring employer. Either way, we ask you to present INNOVO as one option among many, on its merits.
What INNOVO pays
| What INNOVO pays | What it is for |
|---|---|
| Alumni campaign fee | A flat annual fee to market INNOVO roles to your alumni, scaled to your audience and paid for the marketing work, not per person who responds. |
| Placement fees, if you choose | 20% of the day rate INNOVO actually pays, for twelve months: about $47,200 for a Chief Executive and $36,000 for each board, management or asset-company seat, up to about $623,000 a Venture. |
| Retained fees | Not offered initially. |
| Corporate Partner introductions | Welcome and acknowledged; there is no standard introduction fee. |
INNOVO was built this way
From April 2022 to July 2026, INNOVO Net Zero Topco created four divisions with $141,034 of cash, 0.3% of the total, and 99.7% contingent work by 75 executives. Your clients would join a business that already exists.
