Invest in INNOVO Corporate Ventures
One investment in the division that owns every INNOVO Corporate Venture
INNOVO Net Zero is raising capital for its Corporate Ventures division only: a holding company, a subsidiary of INNOVO Net Zero Topco, that owns every INNOVO Corporate Venture. Each Venture is formed alongside a multi-billion-dollar Corporate Partner. The division’s cash flows also support INNOVO’s mission of Profitable Net Zero: net zero CO₂ emissions and net zero waste, achieved profitably.
What a Corporate Venture does
A Corporate Venture is a dedicated company formed alongside a single Corporate Partner with revenue of $10bn or more. It builds partnerships between its Corporate Partner and the partner’s major customers and suppliers, finances the projects the partner has approved but not funded, and deploys the technologies it needs. It is paid mainly from the value it creates, audited every quarter by a non-conflicted Big 4 audit firm.
Why customer-supplier partnerships
Publicly documented customer-supplier partnerships among multi-billion-dollar companies have outgrown the Forbes Global 2000 over the last five years: revenue up 61% against 41%, profit up 163% against 119%, and market value up 119% against 53%.1 The best-known examples took about 32 to 42 months from first commitment to a working partnership. With INNOVO, the partnership and setup fee are agreed in month 4, value starts to flow from month 5, and audited value is designed to exceed the up-front fees by month 8.
Revenue from the first months
- Scoping fees from the first meeting, published by the Corporate Partner’s size and not negotiated.
- A setup fee agreed when the partnership is agreed and paid by month 5.
- A share of audited value from partnerships, financed projects and deployed technology, agreed at the outset.
Capital-light by design
INNOVO provides its services ahead of payment, projects are financed with external capital, and the Corporate Entrepreneurs who found and lead each Venture are paid largely from the value they create. INNOVO built its four divisions with $141,034 of cash, 0.3% of the total, and over $41.5M of work and services on contingent, deferred terms.3
Liquidity
Whenever new investment exceeds a Venture’s needs, existing holders may sell in proportion to their holding, at the price the incoming investor pays, so each funding round is a partial exit. Secondaries funds, private equity firms and long-duration institutions are potential buyers, and INNOVO plans a network of listed funds holding portfolios of Corporate Ventures. Each sale depends on buyers, and none is guaranteed.
